Opeifa gives update on railway national plan, apologises to journalist

The Managing Director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), Dr Kayode Opeifa, has listed measures that will further support the repositioning of the country's legacy railway agency, prevent recurrence of accidents, and restore its path to sustainability.
