Shippers council canvasses 30 per cent cost reduction

Amidst claims that Nigeria operates the costliest ports in the West African sub-region, the Nigerian Shippers Council (NSC), said it is negotiating with shipping lines to cut down cost of freight forwarding by as much as 30 per cent.
