Olubadan calls for Ibadan State, constitutional roles for monarchs

The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, yesterday, renewed the call for the creation of Ibadan State and the formal inclusion of traditional rulers in Nigeria's constitutional framework.
