Enugu community petitions Mbah, IGP over police harassment

Obeagu community in Awgu Local Council of Enugu State has sent a petition to Governor Peter Mbah and the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Olukayode Egbetokun, alleging what they described as "persistent harassment
