As Nigeria moves to strengthen standards for testing government software, procurement specialist, Dr Ogechi Ibeh Obinna, has called for stricter scrutiny of organisations entrusted with testing critical digital systems. ‎Obinna, who is the Head of Procurement, National Assembly Library Trust
