Nigeria issues 92.6m NINs to citizens as telcos share 2.4m new users
The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) added 1.9 million new identification numbers to the enrollment database for the National Identity Numbers (NIN) in November. This moved the number from 90.68 NINs in October to 92.63 million a month after.
