Man arrested in Enugu for impersonating popular philanthropist to commit fraud

Operatives of the Enugu State Police Command have arrested one Somtochukwu Franklin for allegedly using the Facebook account name of a philanthropist Emmanuel Okoh, popularly known as "Okwuluora” to defraud people.
