Police arrest FESTAC’s dreaded kidnap kingpin

Policemen attached to FESTAC Divisional headquarters, Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos State have arrested a suspected leader of a kidnap gang that has been terrorising residents of FESTAC Town and its environs.
