Herder institutes N100m suit against PSC, IGP, others for impounding vehicle

A Herder in Oghior community, Udu Local Council of Delta State, Mr. Omiunu Bidemi, has instituted a N100m suit against the Police Service Commission (PSC), Inspector General of Police(IGP), and Delta State Commissioner of Police at the State High Court sitting in Ughelli Town.
