FCT police arrest ‘one-chance’ syndicate, rescue victim

Operatives of Wuye Division of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command have arrested a four-man syndicate suspected to be involved in ‘one-chance’ in the area, recovering money and telephone handsets from them.
