Lagos traffic: Sanwo-Olu commissions Onikan multi-storey car park

Poised to tackle the perennial traffic jam in Lagos Island, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, yesterday commissioned the Onikan multi-storey car park in Lagos.
