Ortom charges Agro-Rangers on rules of engagement

Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom yesterday launched the Operation Agro-Rangers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in the state, with a charge on them to live by the rules of engagement.
