Court affirms Lagos AG power to withdraw suit

Justice Owolabi Dabiri of a Lagos High Court, Tafawa Balewa Square has affirmed the powers of the state Attorney General, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem to withdraw a criminal case filed against Deepak Khilani and Sushil Chandra.
