Oyo Scout Council instals new president, celebrates founder's legacy

The Scout Association of Nigeria, Oyo State Council, has appointed former Deputy Chief of Staff and Commissioner for Finance and Budget in Oyo State, Abimbola Adekanmbi, as its new president.
