Appeal court affirms Dickson Bayelsa governor
In a unanimous decision, a five-man panel, presided by Justice Jimi Bada, resolved the five issues in the appeal by former governor, Timipre Sylva, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in favour of Dickson.
