Fubara pledges to clear pension payments backlog, pay new minimum wage 

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has announced that the state government has increased its monthly payment to offset the backlog of pension and gratuity to retired civil servants from N1 billion to N2 billion.
