Court remands council chairman for alleged attack on commissioner

An Asaba Magistrate Court has remanded the Chairman of Patani Council Area, Perez Omoun in Ogwashi-Uku Prison for allegedly attacking the state Commissioner for Energy, Basil Ganagana and members of his household last Sunday in Asaba, Delta State.
