Delta warns against sharp practices as two orphanages get approvals

Weeks after a child trafficking syndicate was smashed by the Delta State police command, the Commissioner for Women Affairs, Rev. (Mrs.) Omatseyi Williams, yesterday at Ogwashi Uku, announced the closure of Deliverance Orphanage at Ozoro, just as she warned operators
