Nigerian authorities on Sunday imposed a curfew in parts of central Plateau state, a day after a suspected Christian militia attacked a convoy of 90 Muslims, killing at least 23.
Twenty dead bodies were being washed, yesterday, at the Plateau Specialist Hospital, Jos, preparatory for mass burial on the city outskirts.
Seven persons have been killed in a fresh attack yesterday at Kpachudu village of Bassa Local Council, Plateau State, but nine survived the assailants’ gunshots.
