PCRC: How trust deficit ruins existing police, community partnerships

Realising the importance of security in national development, and citizens' roles in achieving a safe society, the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) in 1984 established the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), to enhance efficient and effective policing in the country.
