‘Continuous vaccination of children is key to total eradication of polio in Nigeria’

As the world celebrated Polio Day on October 24, Rotary International was commended for its efforts towards the eradication of the disease. The organisation launched its PolioPlus programme in 1985 with mass vaccination of children.
