Amaechi wants $3b to rejig Port Harcourt-Maiduguri old narrow gauge

Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has again requested $3b loan, which is presently before President Muhammadu Buhari for the rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri narrow gauge.
