Group decries abuse of minors in police custody

The Network on Police Reform in Nigeria (NOPRIN) has decried the recent incident where a minor was sexually abused while in detention at the Divisional Police headquarters, Tse Agbaragba in the Konshisha Local Council of Benue State.
