Again, Buhari marshals plans to curb insecurity

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday in Abuja said the entire structure of the Nigerian Police Force was being overhauled and re-positioned with modern gadgets to meet rising challenges across the nation. He also revealed that an intelligence loop among all security outfits has been created.
