Atiku will focus on women empowerment after 2023 victory, says Rukaiya

PRINCESS Rukaiya, wife of former Vice President of Nigeria and Presidential candidate, Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has disclosed her husband's plans to focus on women empowerment if elected President in 2023.
