Sanwo-Olu pledges to recapitalise PSP operators, empower recyclers

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has approved a 2023 budgetary plan to help Private Sector Participation (PSP) operators in the state recapitalise, by injecting new waste evacuation trucks into their fleet.
