INEC issues certificates to Delta Governor-elect, his deputy, Assembly members-elect

National Commissioner supervising Cross River, Edo and Delta states, Prof. Rhode Gumus, yesterday, issued certificates of return to Delta State Governor-elect, Sheriff Oborevwori; his deputy, Mr. Monday Onyeme, and 29 members-elect of the state House of Assembly at the INEC State head office, Asaba.
