MTN pushes for female leadership

Institutions worldwide have been urged to deepen their commitment to advancing women and to inspire young girls to pursue leadership roles. This call was made during MTN’s Women @ Y’ello (W@Y) event held to commemorate International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026.
