Appeal court sets Raymond Omatseye, ex-DG of NIMASA free of fraud charges

The Court of Appeal in Lagos yesterday overturned the five-year jail term slammed on the former Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Raymond Temisan Omatseye.
