Repentant terrorists swear oath with Quran before reintegration in Borno

The thousands of Boko Haram repentant terrorists are to take an oath with a Quran before they are fully reintegrated into their respective communities in Borno state. Beyond the repentance of the terrorists, the State’s ex- Commissioner of Women Affairs
