'Political crisis causing insecurity, kidnapping in Rivers'
The Chief Security Officer of the Local Vigilante Group in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State, Dickson Ngbuomahum, has linked the rising kidnapping along the Elele Omerelu and Elele Isokpo road to the ongoing political crisis in the state.
