Rivers civil servants accuse permanent secretaries of compromise

Chairman of the Nigeria Civil Service Union (NCSU), Rivers State Chapter, Chukwuka Osumah, has accused some permanent secretaries of compromising integrity during the six-month emergency regime in the state.
