Revisiting controversial provision in Electoral Act Amendment Bill

Disturbed by the stream of violence, bloodshed and other electoral malfeasances that have characterised the electoral process, the National Assembly in 2019 initiated moves to tackle these challenges through a rejig of the Electoral Act.
