Seplat to acquire ExxonMobil assets in Nigeria 

Seplat Energy Plc, has unveiled its plans to acquire the entire share capital of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) from Exxon Mobil Corporation Delaware (USA Incorporated).
