SPE urges increased investment in tech, production capacity to meet 3mbpd target

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Nigeria Council has said the country must accelerate investment in technology, infrastructure and production capacity to achieve its target of producing three million barrels per day (bpd) by 2030. The professional body warned that
