Lagos warns builders, pledges fierce, firm actions against substandard construction materials 

Lagos State government has said it has zero tolerance for use of substandard materials for construction works, warning builders and developers not to construct buildings with inferior and substandard materials because the government will be fierce and firm on every structural details use for construction works across state.
