Court orders reinstatement of dismissed soldier, awards N500,000 in damages

The National Industrial Court, Abuja has ordered the reinstatement of a dismissed soldier, Cpl. Tajudeen Ajala in the Nigerian Army and also awarded N500,000 in general damages.
