Anti-Corruption group wants EFCC, ICPC to investigate ex-Delta governor

Network Against Corruption and Trafficking Initiative (NACAT) has called on the two anti-graft agencies to investigate the former governor of Delta, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, over alleged misappropriation of state funds.
