IHS Towers buys Brazilian telcoms infrastructure company

IHS Towers, Nigerian telecoms group, said it has agreed to buy Brazilian telecoms infrastructure company Cell Site Solutions (CSS) from Goldman Sachs and Centaurus Capital LP for an undisclosed amount, to expand in Latin America.
