PSC directs fresh investigation of Kyari, promotes 89 staff

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has ordered fresh investigation and deferred decision on the case involving suspended Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT) Commander, DCP Abba Kyari.
