Alleged Coup Plot: Court begins trial-Within-trial over defendants' Statements
A Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday commenced a trial-within-trial in the ongoing prosecution of six persons accused of plotting to overthrow the government, as the prosecution opened evidence to establish that the defendants’ extra-judicial statements were voluntarily made.
