TCN replaces chairman, cites governance concerns
The Board of Directors of Tourist Company of Nigeria Plc (TCN) has announced a major shake-up in its leadership structure, removing its former Chairman, Chief Anthony Idigbe, SAN, and appointing Mrs. Erejuwa Gbadebo as the new Chairperson of the board.
