NSCDC arrests pipeline vandal, rescues four underage girls from brothel

Operatives of Lagos Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have arrested a suspect, identified as Abiodun Samuel, for attempting to vandalise the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) pipeline along Governor Road in Ikotun area of Lagos.
