Former Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of The Guardian, Martins Oloja, has urged Nigerians to deepen their understanding of the Constitution and Electoral Act, warning that poor knowledge of the country’s legal and electoral framework often fuels misinformation, unrealistic political expectations
