VSF budgets N3.2b to restore IDPs’ livelihoods in Borno

Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, said the Victims Support Fund (VSF) has earmarked N3.2b to restore the livelihoods of the Internally-Displaced Person (IDP) returnees in the state.
