War against drug abuse will stem insecurity, says Marwa

The Chairman of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig-Gen. Mohammed Marwa (rtd), has declared that steady campaign to reduce drug abuse will drastically stem the rising insecurity in the nation.
