Rivers awards contract for N9.5 b Woji-Port Harcourt refinery link road

The Rivers State Government has awarded contract for the construction of Woji-Aleto-Alesa -Port Harcourt Refinery road to Messrs Rafoul Nigeria Limited. The link road will cost N9.5 billion.
