Court refuses to hear Rep Jibrin’s suit against his suspension
The quest by the former chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Mr. Abdulmumini Jibrin to stop the lower legislative chamber from suspending him yesterday suffered a setback as a Federal High Court in Abuja refused to hear two of his suits.
