Bulkachuwa hails Ugwuanyi’s development efforts

The President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa, has commended Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his administration’s giant development strides, particularly in repositioning the state’s Judiciary.
