Opposition states shrink to five as Zamfara governor joins APC

The number of states controlled by opposition parties has dropped to five, following the defection of Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC). With the development, the APC now controls 32
